By accessing or using Formstamper (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Formstamper is a document automation platform that enables users to create templates, map data fields, and generate filled PDF documents at scale. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with varying tiers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Documents uploaded for processing are handled in accordance with our data retention policies.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are billed on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formstamper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
