When you use Formstamper, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and organizational details when creating an account. We also collect usage data including documents processed, templates created, and feature interactions to improve the Service.

Documents uploaded for processing (PDFs and data files) are used solely for the purpose of generating filled documents. We do not read, mine, or use the content of your documents for any purpose other than providing the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; process your document automation requests; send transactional communications (verification emails, password resets); improve features and user experience; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and regular security audits. Only authorized personnel have access to user data.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded documents used during processing are retained only for the duration needed to complete the request and are automatically purged thereafter. You may request full data deletion at any time.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), analytics, and infrastructure hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.
